I implemented a Spiking Neural Network using Tensorflow, check it out on Github. This is a proof-of-concept project as the types of learning I am interested in are not well represented in Tensorflow. This was a fun project and has become my most popular repository with 39 stars and 13 forks!
Effective and clear communication is the goal of academics and non-academics alike. I am currently working on porting my matlab implementation of the delay learning rule Synaptic Delay Variance Learning (SDVL) to python. Moving to python should make the code much more maintainable and accessible, it is still under active development but you can check out the progress at Python SDVL.
